Artline S.A., a well-established furnishing commercial company since 1991 is seeking to recruit an Office Assistant with a previous experience in day-to-day office requirements.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Argos. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, answering phone calls and emails, communicating with customers and vendors, operating office equipment, and performing clerical tasks, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and written; knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus
- At least two years of proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Time management skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Highly organized person with a team working and problem-solving attitude
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of SoftOne ERP program will be considered as a plus
